River Valley Riders

8 - 17 years of age, intermediate ability level.

This freestyle snowboard program is for young riders who are able to link turns and are looking for more experience on varied terrain and in the terrain park. Learners will develop riding technique, snowboard safety, park etiquette, and smart decision making while exploring their own creativity in the terrain park. They will learn the necessary skills to jump correctly, ride a rail, spin off jumps, and have control on all terrain. This program is designed to be fun, safe, supportive and progressive in a non-competitive environment.

This program is 2 hours long and occurs on a weekly basis for 10 weeks.

The program takes two off weeks over the holidays and resumes the first week of January 2027.
